Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email at the provided email ID. Once your payment is received in our account, our Customer Representative will call the mobile number provided in your order to confirm the order and address details. We place a confirmation call for each order before processing it to ensure accurate shipping information. Please ensure your latest contact number is entered in the order form to facilitate communication.
Shipping Timeline: Once the order and shipping details are confirmed telephonically, we will ship the order within 24 hours for all orders placed before 4 pm on a working day, and within 48 hours for all orders placed after 4 pm, Sundays, and Public Holidays. Delivery Timeframe: All orders are delivered to the customer within 3-7 working days from the date of shipping.

Once the video is shared with our support team, we will review and verify the issue. If the concern is found to be a genuine fault from our side (such as a damaged, defective, or wrong product), we will initiate a refund for the eligible amount.
