We place a confirmation call for each order before processing it to ensure accurate shipping information. Shipping Timeline: Once the order and shipping details are confirmed telephonically, we will ship the order within 24 hours for all orders placed before 4 pm on a working day, and within 48 hours for all orders placed after 4 pm, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
