Shipping Timeline: Once the order and shipping details are confirmed telephonically, we will ship the order within 24 hours for all orders placed before 4 pm on a working day, and within 48 hours for all orders placed after 4 pm, Sundays, and Public Holidays. Delivery Timeframe: All orders are delivered to the customer within 3-7 working days from the date of shipping.

To ensure a smooth return process, customers are required to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package. The video must clearly show the package being opened from the start and capture any damage, defects, or incorrect products received.
Once the video is shared with our support team, we will review and verify the issue. If the concern is found to be a genuine fault from our side (such as a damaged, defective, or wrong product), we will initiate a refund for the eligible amount.
