Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email at the provided email ID. We place a confirmation call for each order before processing it to ensure accurate shipping information. Please ensure your latest contact number is entered in the order form to facilitate communication.

Shipping Timeline: Once the order and shipping details are confirmed telephonically, we will ship the order within 24 hours for all orders placed before 4 pm on a working day, and within 48 hours for all orders placed after 4 pm, Sundays, and Public Holidays. You will receive an email notification once the order is shipped.

Delivery Timeframe: All orders are delivered to the customer within 3-7 working days from the date of shipping.
